Corporate Governance

TiGenix has adopted, whilst taking into account the specificities of the Company, a Corporate Governance Charter in accordance with the recommendations set out in the Belgian Code on Corporate Governance, issued on December 9, 2004 by the Belgian Corporate Governance Committee.

The concept of Corporate Governance refers to a set of rules and behaviours according to which companies are managed and controlled. Its main objective is to contribute to the creation of long-term value.
